Terms of Service

Enquiries made through this website, by WhatsApp, by phone or by email are requests, not confirmed reservations. A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you directly and stated the room, the dates and the rate.

Rooms are subject to availability. We may decline a booking request at our discretion.

Room rates are quoted in Nepali Rupees, per room per night, and are currently NPR 1,500 – NPR 2,000. Rates shown on this website are indicative and may change; the rate that applies to your stay is the one we confirm to you when we accept your booking.

Any applicable taxes and government levies are as notified at the time of booking. Extra services such as airport transfers are charged separately.

Accepted payment methods, any deposit requirement, and the cancellation and no-show terms that apply to your stay will be confirmed to you in writing when we accept your booking. Please make sure you have received and understood those terms before you travel.

Check-out is by 12:00 noon. Please contact us to arrange your arrival time. Late check-out may be possible on request and is subject to availability; departure after the check-out time without prior agreement may be charged as an additional night.

All guests must present valid identification at check-in, as required by Nepali law.

Each room has a stated maximum occupancy and may not be occupied by more people than that number. Please tell us in advance if you are travelling with children so we can advise on suitable arrangements.

We ask guests to respect other guests, our staff, our neighbours and the historic surroundings of the property. We may ask a guest to leave, without refund, for behaviour that is unsafe, unlawful or seriously disruptive.

Guests are responsible for loss or damage they cause to the property or its contents.

Please look after your belongings. Except where we are at fault, we are not responsible for loss of or damage to items you bring to the property or leave in it.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors. Photographs and illustrations are for general presentation and individual rooms may differ. Nothing on this website forms part of your booking unless we have confirmed it to you directly.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and the courts of Nepal have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
