When you enquire or book, we typically receive:

• your name and the contact detail you used (phone or email);
• your intended arrival and departure dates and room preference;
• anything else you choose to tell us, such as special requests.

At check-in, Nepali law requires us to record guest identification details, including passport or citizenship information for each guest.

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, manage your reservation and stay, meet our legal record-keeping obligations, and arrange any extra service you request such as an airport transfer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.

Our booking buttons open a conversation in WhatsApp. Messages you send that way are handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy terms as well as this policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, please call or email us instead.

We share personal information only where it is necessary: with a transport provider if you ask us to arrange a transfer, with the authorities where the law requires it, and with service providers who help us operate the property. We do not transfer guest data to third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry. Reservation and guest registration records are kept for as long as Nepali law requires, and then deleted or destroyed.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Contact us using the details above and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.

This site links to Google Maps and may link to social media profiles. Those services are operated by other companies and have their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
